What’s your return policy?

Victa6 stands behind the quality of products that we sell. If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the size or quality of the product, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 30 days of purchase. However, all purchases of sale items are final and returns/exchanges for these items will not be accepted. The item being returned must be in its original condition (including any tags or stickers) and unworn and unwashed. After receiving and inspecting your returned item we will promptly fulfill your request for a refund or exchange. However, if the item has been washed, worn, or otherwise damaged, we will notify you of the result of our inspection and your refund/exchange will be denied and the item returned to you. To process a return please email us at customersupport@victa6.com with your name, order number, item being returned, and the reason. We will then mail you a return label. Refunds will not be processed until the item is inspected and approved. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Can I exchange an item for a different color?

Currently, we don’t offer exchanges for a different color.


What if the product I ordered arrived damaged?

All our products are quality checked and inspected before shipping. However, we are human and may have missed something. If you receive your item damaged or defective, please email us photos of the item and packaging, along with your name and order number to customersupport@victa6.com. Upon inspection and approval, we will gladly replace the item.
